A Bloomology Studio Vertical
Terms & Conditions
Haus of Intelligence
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haus of Intelligence website, programs, events, and materials. Haus of Intelligence is a Bloomology Studio vertical, operated by Bloomology LLC ("Haus of Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Charlotte, North Carolina. By using this site, registering for a program, or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our offerings.
01 — Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting an application, subscribing to The Brief, or purchasing any program or event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bloomology LLC.
02 — Who we are
Haus of Intelligence is an executive intelligence studio and knowledge-capital practice operated by Bloomology LLC. Our offerings include paid programs such as the Archive-to-Asset Sprint™ and The Knowledge Capital Intensive™, a newsletter (The Brief), and a free Skill and related resources.
03 — Our offerings
We describe each program, Sprint, and event on the site, including its scope, format, and price. Descriptions are the controlling statement of what is included. Anything not expressly described is not included. We may modify, reschedule, or discontinue an offering; if we cancel a paid program before it begins and cannot reschedule it, your sole remedy is a refund of amounts paid for that program.
Each offering page should be read together with these Terms. If an offering page includes specific terms about schedule, deliverables, access period, refund eligibility, or included materials, those specific terms control for that offering.
04 — Payment, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we identify at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. Promotional or founding-rate pricing applies only while offered and only to the specific offering identified.
Refund policy.
Unless a specific offering page states otherwise, purchases of programs, Sprints, events, and other paid offerings are final and non-refundable once purchased. This includes situations where you do not attend, do not complete the program, or change your mind.
If we cancel a paid offering before it begins and do not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or replacement, we will refund the amount you paid for that offering. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at hello@thebloomology.com so we can review it. We may respond to chargebacks or payment disputes with evidence of the transaction, your agreement to these Terms, and the refund policy disclosed at purchase.
05 — Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, methods, materials, wordmarks, and trademarks associated with Haus of Intelligence are the exclusive property of Bloomology LLC or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, the A.R.C.H.E. Framework™, the Archive-to-Asset Sprint™, The Knowledge Capital Intensive™, program materials, templates, worksheets, recordings, and the structure and sequencing of our methods.
These are, and at all times remain, our retained intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing in any program or engagement, transfers ownership of any framework, method, or material to you.
No use without a license
You may not use, reproduce, adapt, teach, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from our frameworks, methods, or materials, including the A.R.C.H.E. Framework™, without a separate written license from Bloomology LLC.
Participation in a program does not grant you a license to deliver, reproduce, or commercialize our frameworks or methods to others. Licensing is available separately; contact us to discuss terms.
06 — License to participants
When you purchase a program, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program materials solely for your own individual and internal business purposes, and solely for the duration and scope described for that program. This license does not permit you to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute program materials to others
- Use our frameworks or methods to train, coach, or deliver services to third parties
- Reproduce or adapt our materials into your own offerings, products, or content
- Remove, obscure, or alter any trademark, attribution, or proprietary notice
The work product you create for your own business using a program, for example a knowledge asset built from your own source material, belongs to you. Our frameworks, methods, templates, and materials used to produce it remain ours.
07 — The free Skill
Our free Skill and related resources are made available on GitHub under the license stated in that repository. Your use of the free Skill is governed by that license and by GitHub's terms. The free Skill is provided as-is, without warranty, and we may modify or withdraw it at any time. Making the free Skill available does not grant any license to our paid frameworks, methods, or materials.
08 — No guaranteed outcomes
Our programs provide strategy, frameworks, and guidance. They do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, income, or business outcome. Any examples, metrics, or results referenced are illustrative and are not a promise of your results, which depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and execution.
09 — Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or our offerings to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, transmit harmful or unlawful material, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
10 — Confidentiality
Programs and events may involve confidential information shared by us or by other participants. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose or use it outside the program without permission. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information you do not wish to share in application forms or open-text fields.
11 — Disclaimers
The site, programs, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Our content is for general informational and educational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
12 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomology LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the site, these Terms, or any offering.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an offering will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
13 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloomology LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or our offerings, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
14 — Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@thebloomology.com with a short description of the dispute and the relief requested. We will try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any paid offering will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
You and Bloomology LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims unless all parties agree.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us at hello@thebloomology.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
15 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any dispute that is not arbitrated will be the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16 — Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date unless otherwise stated. Material changes will not retroactively change the key purchase terms for an offering you already bought, unless required by law or unless you agree to the change.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information collected through the site and our programs.
